Do I need to RSVP for both the UK Wedding and the NZ Wedding?

Only RSVP for the weddings you are planning to attend. Our assumption in most cases is that our friends and family in the UK will attend our UK wedding and our friends and family in NZ will attend our New Zealand Wedding Celebration. However, if you find yourself in either country at the time of our wedding, we would love for you to join us! In this case, please RSVP for both weddings.

I really want to come, but I am not sure if I will be available, should I RSVP?

If you are unsure, please don’t RSVP until you are certain. It will be easier for us to add you later than to take you off once numbers have been finalised with the vendors.

What are we going to be doing for the whole weekend at North Cadbury Court?

There are lots of activities onsite at North Cadbury Court and we would like you all to be able to enjoy them through out the weekend. Nearer to the date we will communicate activities available, or you can check it out on their website.

Closer to the time we will send out a running order of the weekend for any set activities and meal times.

What are the accommodation details for North Cadbury Court?

We have a limited number of rooms at the venue that will be offered on a first refusal basis to immediate family and the bridal party. We will contact you via email with accommodation options for your party once we receive your RSVP.

What are the accommodation details for Matakana Estate?

You will need to arrange your own accommodation for Matakana Estate, there are plenty of holiday homes on Air Bnb as well as hotels. We would recommend looking at Matakana Village, Omaha, Warkworth, Algies Bay & Snells Beach.

Can I arrange my own accommodation for North Cadbury Court?

There are plenty of accommodation options within a 10 mile radius of the venue, which are listed on the alternative accommodation page. You will need to arrange your taxis to and from the venue well in advance. There is a large, secure car park at the venue so you can leave your car over night if required.

What do we do about food and drink while staying at North Cadbury Court?

We will be providing food and drink at North Cadbury Court throughout the weekend for those who choose to stay on site. With exception of the wedding breakfast where everyone will have their food and drink provided.

You are also welcome to bring your own food and drink and store it in the venue’s kitchen, if you so wish. But we cannot guarantee that someone else won’t eat it!

Is there car parking and can I leave my car at North Cadbury Court overnight?

You can drive your car to North Cadbury Court and leave it in the car park for the duration of your stay.

I am not sure how long I want to stay at North Cadbury Court & I don’t know if I can make the Matakana Estate wedding, can I change my mind later?

Yes, for now we just need an indication of numbers and nearer the time we will be in contact to confirm your final details.
